Machine Vision Systems |

Vision Boards - are used to
capture images from a variety of machine vision cameras into the
host PC memory. All Visionscape boards offer on-board dedicated
digital I/O for triggering, strobe control and general purpose I/O.
The common Visionscape Software allows an application to be
developed and to run on any board and the HawkEye 1600, leveraging
user training and know-how required only for a single environment as
well as application development investment.

EZ
Match Color - imager is
capable of reading linear and 2D codes, detecting the absence or
presence of test tubes and caps, determining cap type, and more. In
addition to its small size and wide angle optics, the EZ Match Color
features advanced software to allow for robust inspection. EZ Match
Color is an evolving product for design engineers tasked with
complete data integrity during the implementation of specimen
container inspection systems.

I-Pak -
is designed to meet demanding
Pharmaceutical Industry requirements for reliable, accurate and
validated inspection of human readable, date/lot, NDC, label ID,
linear barcodes, GS1 Databar, and Data Matrix symbols. In
addition, the I-Pak system can perform finished product inspections
such as cap presence/position and label presence/position.

Vial Reader 4000 -
is a high-speed reader of Data Matrix
symbols for automated audit-tracking of large numbers of vials used
in liquid handling. The reader provides unit level
traceability enabling the user to track each vial throughout its
test, handling, and biomedical analysis processes. The Vial Reader
4000 can be configured as either a standalone system or an embedded
product within a vial automation production system. The high reading
speed and accuracy of the Vial Reader 4000 is based on Microscan's
unique and proprietary lighting and imaging solution which enhances
the contrast of the Data Matrix on each individual vial.

Instrument
& Tool Reader - is designed
to read Data Matrix symbols on instruments, tools, or other small
items. This product allows organizations to easily track each
item while eliminating manual data entry, improving the speed and
accuracy of data collection, and gaining the ability to link each
tool or instrument to a history of its use.

Cameras
- Analog VGA and SXGA cameras are
available. Each camera must be connected to the frame grabber 0740
with the appropriate cables (power is also supplied via these
cables). The cameras support C-mount lenses.

external camera or with the HawkEye 1600 and 1510.

Modules - Visionscape has the
